There are currently twenty-seven workouts included with new unique workouts added every 30-60 days at no additional cost. Your 3X3 FIT OnDemand is anytime, anywhere you have internet. Equipment returns are accepted if postmarked within 14 days of receipt and will be credited full amount of purchase less the shipping and handling cost. Return shipping is responsibility of customer.
